Are exotic ticket costs exact?
Yes. Exacta, trifecta, and superfecta box, key, and wheel costs are computed by enumerating every valid combination, not shortcut formulas, so overlapping position groups are always counted correctly.
Is a scan a live price?
No. A scan is a timestamped snapshot. Tote board odds move until post, so treat every result as a moment in time, not a locked-in price.
